Sonic Generations coming to 3DS and PC

The new Sonic game "Sonic Generations" had already been announced for the Xbox360 and PS3 but the Sega parent company Sega Sammy has also listed the 3DS and PC as release platforms

Sonic Generations could be Sonic's debut on the 3DS  which could finally be a good game for once. It has been a long time since Sonic returned to it's original gameplay and style in a new game.

The game will feature three different kids of gameplay. There will be 2D stages just like the original games, 3D stages as played on the Dreamcast and the HD era on the current consoles. Sega is trying to please the 2D and 3D gamers at the same by keeping all the original attacks in the game. 2D will see the return of the spin dash and spin attack and 3D will get the homing attack and the boost ability.
